Jeannie Newman is the founder and CEO of JZN Associates. She offers seminars, workshops, and guided discussions to agencies, organizations, and corporations. She is an expert in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating staff. All her topics are rooted in Emotional Intelligence concepts. Her passion is helping people experience positive growth in their careers and personal lives.

Throughout her previous management career she worked in both the non-profit and profit sectors, and with start-up and turnaround operations. She managed customer service departments, marketing departments, call centers, and fundraising departments.

Newman is on the Leadership Team of her local BNI chapter, On the Border; and active in the Enfield Garden Club and Hartford Springfield Speakers Network. She is also an avid amateur genealogist and self- avowed kin keeper for several family trees. She lives with her husband George and one large, grey cat in Enfield, Connecticut.
