About LinkHer
LinkHer provides career exposure to female students and recent graduates that enable them to achieve their full potential. Through the LinkHer program participants connect with male and female professionals (Links) and businesses that offer career exposure activities including, but not limited to, career conversations, job shadowing and company tours that provide insight into their desired career field(s).
LinkHer creates a sustainable pipeline of women entering career fields that are traditionally predominantly male. By investing in LinkHer, companies encourage female students and recent graduates to pursue careers in their industry by providing access to a network of professionals and resources in their desired career field.
LinkHer is offered at no cost to female students and is made possible by professionals that volunteer as Links or Mentors and partners, including businesses and educational institutions.
