LinkHer™ Career Associate

Reporting to the LinkHer Manager, the LinkHer™ Career Associate builds relationships with educational institutions and youth groups to identify the mentoring needs of female students. Responsibilities include:

– Support recruitment strategies to attract motivated Mentees
– Review all incoming Mentee Applications to identify Mentor requirements
– Partner with Talent Partner Associate to ensure the best-fit mentor match
– Support LinkHer™ recruitment and outreach activities and events
– Serve as primary point of contact for prospective Mentees
– Perform other duties as needed by organization
– Maintain a three to six month internship rotation

LinkHer™ Talent Associate

Reporting to the LinkHer Manager, the LinkHer™ Talent Associate gains exposure to top businesses by developing a network of professional female mentors in support of the expansion of the Mentoring Program. Responsibilities include:

– Support recruitment strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber Mentors
– Work with Career Partner Associate to identify Mentor recruitment needs
– Support LinkHer™ recruitment and outreach activities and events
– Manage complete interview process including interviews and reference checks
– Serve as primary point of contact for prospective Mentors
– Perform other duties as needed by organization

LinkHer™ Associate

Reporting to the LinkHer™ Manager, the LinkHer™ Associate gains exposure to the mentoring match process and identifying recruitment gaps as well as understanding of program management. Responsibilities include:

– Review mentor and mentee registrations and identify recruitment gaps
– Support participant screening, matching, notification
– Support training, evaluation, recognition, and closure activities
– Assist with planning and execution of monthly Open House and Socials events
– Perform other duties as needed by organization

Research Associate

Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Research Associate will use multiple mediums of data such as the internet, surveys, legal documents, and other published research to find information on factors impacting women’s advancement in leadership position. Responsibilities include:

– Analyze data and information to find ways to improve operations
– Develop and conduct user and company surveys, compile and analyze data points
– Research women’s issues trends and patterns and create detailed report of findings
– Organize and store data for future research projects and document data/research procedures
– Create diagrams and documentation to pinpoint problems and solutions
– Recommend changes and improvements to programming based on research findings
– Perform other duties as needed by organization

Analytics Associate

Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Analytics Associate will analyze data and research related to women’s issues, lead data-collection through various research and analytical methods and organize data for presentation and/or recommendations. Responsibilities include:

– Build, develop and maintain data models, reports, dashboards and program performance metrics
– Translate/transform research data into visual reports, functional/technical design documents, etc.
– Maintain functional and technical documentation related to research and analytical reporting
– Partner with key stakeholders to define project requirements and define project scope
– Create process/business flow diagrams and develop training material, as required
– Perform other duties as needed by organization

Development Associate

Reporting to the President, the Development Associate will gain exposure to grant and sponsorship writing as well as developing a fundraising campaign. Responsibilities include:

– Research local and national grants opportunities and assist with grant writing
– Support the implementation of a Corporate Partnership Program
– Support the development and implementation of a Fundraising Campaign
– Perform other duties as needed by organization

Marketing Associate

Reporting to the President, the Marketing Associate will gain exposure to developing a social media and communications campaign to engage and expand the organization’s network. Responsibilities include:

– Research and utilize social media outlets to deliver organizational information
– Support the development a social media and communications campaign
– Develop informational content to be distributed on a continuous basis
– Perform other duties as needed by organization
