Event Recap:

Now, more than ever, individuals have to add value to their employers. This event featured a panel of women that play a pivotal role in recruiting, hiring and developing individuals. Guests had an opportunity to learn how they can improve their value and remain professionally relevant.

Some of the feedback provided by the panel included keeping up to date on the changes in your field and industry, being open/flexible to change and having longevity with your employers. Other topics discussed included work/life balance and taking initiative. During open networking, Stephanie Malveaux won $50 gift card to Peppercorn's Grill.

Though the event was scheduled to end at 9pm, dinner guests stayed until after 10pm. We all had a great time sharing what we learned with the panel members and getting to know each other better.

A sincere "Thank You" to the panel members that donated their time, knowledge and experience for the professional development of our 30+ guests. Additionally, thank you to all guests that shared this evening with us and of course, Peppercorn's Grill; our A Networking Series - Hartford, CT venue sponsor.

You all made our first A Networking Series event (Maintaining Your Professional Relevance) in Hartford, CT a great success! We look forward to seeing you all at future events.
