Event Recap

The Leadership Coaches Panel provided guests with a very informative statistics (such as salary differenced between men and women) and case studies  as well as answered several questions that addressed women, as leaders, and the new challenges that they face as they get closer to the top of organizations.

The panel also discussed critical competencies and behaviors that can help women increase their impact in organizations. These included leveraging and promoting their strengths and achievements as well as speaking up and taking a proactive role at work. During open networking, Julie Clark won the book: Through the Labyrinth: The Truth About How Women Become Leaders.

During dinner guests talked about what they learned during the event and shared plans for the remainder of the summer. It was the first time A Networking Series guests discovered Peppercorn's Grill's "ravioli all 'arancia". It has since become one of our favorite dishes!

Once again, thank you to our guests for coming out share the evening with us and a special thanks to the Leadership Coaches Panel for sharing their time, experience and knowledge with our guests. Additionally, thank you to Peppercorn's Grill; our A Networking Series - Hartford, CT venue sponsor.
