Joyce Boncal's Strategic Networking workshop was very
informative and obtained great reviews. Joyce shared with guests how
to optimize their networking experience by "arriving early and
staying late" as well as by having an effective elevator speech that
identifies who you are, your goals and what makes you different.
Joyce also suggested that guests utilize both sides of their
business cards to provide information about services/products as
well as contact information. |

Guests found the speed networking portion of the event to
be a fun and effective way to make connections. Each guest had a one
on one conversation, for five minutes, with six or more guests.
Since the Speed Networking session was short, our guests expressed
interest in doing a lengthened Speed Networking session in the near
future. At the close of the event, Anna Levine won complimentary
admission to a 5 Minute Speed Networking event hosted by
Thrive Associates. |

Dinner was a
great way to end the night. Dinner guests learned a lot from each
other. We talked about what we learned and topics such as "The
Platinum Rule" and tea, yes tea!
