The Mentoring Program is a unique program that unites female professionals and students based on any career and educational path. The aim of the Mentoring Program is to provide female students (mentees) with support that will assist them to achieve their educational and professional goals. Mentors also have an opportunity to get involved in the community and mold the leaders of tomorrow.

There are two ways to participate in the Mentoring Program. We offer Mentoring Match (as a part of our LinkHer initiative) which is a self-service and flexible Mentoring option. In addition, we offer a more structured Mentoring Program which offers six-month Mentoring Rotations which include training, networking and other resources. The next Mentoring Rotation begins on April 16th (Deadline to apply: March 30th)
