Carole is the founder and president of LifeVisions, an achievement-oriented Coaching Company. Carole is a member of The International Coach Federation and has been awarded the prestigious credential of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by this national organization. She is one of two Master Coaches in Connecticut. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has completed advanced courses at Corporate Coach University. |

|
Carole holds two Master’s Degrees, in Education and in Counseling. Prior to coaching, she was a teacher, a counselor, the Director of Prevention Programs at The Consultation Center of the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University, and the Executive Director of a non-profit agency. She has written curriculum as well as co-authored several published articles. |

Carole recently served a 4 year term on the Board of Directors of The Cove, an organization that provides services for grieving children. She is also a member of several business groups in the greater New Haven area. |
