Barbara
Babenco Healy is an
accomplished learning leader and speaker. She is the Founder and
Principal of Barbara Healy Associates, a consulting group focusing on
increasing performance, facilitating transitions and helping generations
work better together. |
|
|
|
|
|
Barbara’s
background includes more than two decades of management and consulting
experience with a variety of organizations and clients. Her
corporate experience includes her role as Vice President of Learning and
Development for People’s United Bank where she transitioned a training
department into a highly successful organization development strategic
group. Her |
|
|
efforts focused on building a learning
culture through leadership and management development (People’s Corporate University), performance
management, succession planning and OD initiatives including culture and
change. In addition, she coached and consulted to a variety of Bank
senior officers, managers and teams. Barbara came to the Bank 2 years
earlier, to help the (then) new CEO develop the organization’s
leadership framework and processes. |

Barbara served as a Senior Associate at Good Work
Associates, a consulting firm in New Haven, CT. Prior to moving to
Connecticut, she established and served as Executive Director of
Communities In Schools in Snohomish County, WA, where she was recruited
by senior executives from Boeing, Costco and other corporations to lead
a community-wide public/private partnership integrating business, social
service and education. |

|
Barbara has her Masters degree in Organization Development
and Whole Systems Design. She is certified as a coach facilitator and
trainer and she continues to learn and develop. Her most recent speaking
engagements include the Conference Board Change Management Conference
where she was the Conference Chair/Facilitator and speaker on “How to
Effect Change during Business Transformations”, the Chief Learning
Officer Summit on “Leading in Times of Change, A CLO’s Challenge” and
The Jewish Federation Community Tribute to Leaders on “MultiGenerations:
The Four Generations Living and Leading Together.” |
